  VERY slow service. Staff at this location almost always screw up on orders. I always order a cafe mocha with whipped cream, one time I had food in my drink, 4 times they did not provide whipped topping even though it was paid for or sometimes there is BARELY any (not worth 60cents) and twice, now, they have given me a coffee instead of a cafe mocha. When they used to have the chocolate toasted coconut doughnut, I was given a vanilla one... Not the brightest young staff, either. Def not going here, anymore.

  This is the worst run tim Hortons I have ever been in. I worked at a tims for years and this store breaks every customer service rule I have ever been taught. They flat out ignore front counter when someone is in the drive through going as far as pulling the counter person off to make them sandwiches while customers wait. They never have product after 4pm and countless other issues. What the hell is this general manager doing there? Been there many times will not be back at this location again infuriating how poorly trained this people are
